Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 1, 2026
Kitchen & Bath Sales OS (“the Service”) is operated by TradeLynQ (“TradeLynQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Service offered at app.tradelynq.com and related subdomains.
1. Who this policy covers
The Service is a business-to-business platform used by remodeling and home-improvement companies (“Customer Organizations”) to manage sales, proposals, design requests, and related operations. Most data we process is provided by, or on behalf of, a Customer Organization that controls how that data is used. If you are an employee, contractor, or client of a Customer Organization, your information is handled according to that organization’s instructions and this policy.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, business address, time zone, profile photo, and account credentials. We collect information generated as you use the Service, including opportunities, proposals, measurements, uploaded photos and documents, messages, scheduling details, and activity logs. We also collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device class, and pages accessed, used to operate and secure the Service.
3. Google user data
If you choose to connect a Google account — for single sign-on or to enable the meetings feature — we request only the access needed for those features. For sign-in, we receive your basic profile (name and email address) to create or authenticate your account. For meetings, we request access to your Google Calendar so the Service can create, update, and cancel the specific calendar events and Google Meet links that you schedule through the Service.
We store the OAuth tokens issued by Google securely and use them solely to perform the actions you initiate. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide the feature you requested (for example, sending a calendar invitation to attendees you specify). You can disconnect your Google account at any time from Settings → Integrations, which revokes our stored tokens.
Kitchen & Bath Sales OS’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to authenticate users and secure accounts; to create and deliver proposals, designs, and meetings; to provide customer support; to send service-related communications; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
5. How we share information
We share information with service providers that help us operate the Service (such as cloud hosting, database, payment processing, email, and SMS providers) under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We share data within and between Customer Organizations only as required to deliver requested features (for example, sending measurements and site photos to a designer you engage). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customer Organizations may request deletion of their data subject to those obligations.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, row-level data isolation between organizations, and least-privilege handling of credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices
You can review and update your profile information from your account settings, disconnect a linked Google account at any time, and request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
9. International users
The Service is operated from, and data may be processed in, the United States and other jurisdictions. By using the Service you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data-protection laws than your own.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
